Terms & Conditions at Wepto

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of thewepto.com, our applications, and all services provided by Wepto Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our website, apps, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, including mobile applications like MyWarrantyFile, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for general audiences. Users under 16 years of age must use our services under the supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Account Responsibility

When using our applications, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Our first app, Offsy, is completely free. Our upcoming app, WarrantyFile, will launch free for early adopters. We reserve the right to introduce paid monthly or yearly subscription plans in the future. Payments will be securely processed through Razorpay or other trusted providers. Users will be informed in advance before any billing is initiated.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use our website and applications for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse, interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services or systems.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at our sole discretion, especially in cases of violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Data Handling

All user data is stored securely in Firebase and Google Cloud with encryption. Users may delete their account, after which their data will be archived for one year in case of restoration requests.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Chennai.
